Paper Submission Guidelines

The full papers for ICPR Americas 2024 have to be prepared according to the Springer guidelines for Lecture Notes in Production Engineering  and uploaded to the ICPR Americas 2024 paper submission site (https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=icpramericas2024 ) as an addition to your existing abstract submission or as a new submission for full paper.

To prepare your paper:

1. Use the Springer Template. For the MS Word download Word+Template.zip, and unzip it. Insert your text into the existing file splnproc1703.docm and rename it. Use the styles supplied in the document to format your text. If you use Latex, download LaTex+Package.zip file, and unzip it. Use the existing template author.tex to insert your content and compile it with a Latex tool. In both cases follow instructions in the template files. You can verify the format of your paper by opening corresponding PDF files for given templates.
2. All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind review process, therefore, do not enter any author data or affiliation information. Enter only Paper ID assigned to your paper when you submit it to the EasyChair site.
3. Be careful to respect the maximum page length (8 pages) – extra pages in the final paper will be assessed a charge for exceeding page limit in order to be published.
4. Prepare your paper by following the authors guidelines which are available at https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines (also available in the downloaded ZIP files)
5. After you complete your paper submit the Word document or the PDF file to https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines . Use your account authentication and follow screen prompts.
6. The firm deadline for submitting the draft papers for the ICPR Americas 2024 review process is March 15, 2024.
