IFPR (International Foundation for Production Research) has been organizing biannual regional International Conference on Production Research – Americas region since the first regional conference in 2002, in Saint Louis, MO, USA. The fundamental role of the Americas Region is the establishment of relationships among participants from research institutes, academia, and industry, as well as the introduction of early career researchers in disseminating the common research topics of the ICPR conferences.
Significant changes in technology and society, with global implications, require permanent exchange of ideas among researchers and practitioners toward resilient production and sustainable circular economy for future generations. Our conference hopes to accomplish this goal.
